Transforming the best of art and food into an unforgettable dining experience, this Glasgow restaurant is a joint venture of Sir Peter Blake and noted restaurateur Roy Ackerman. Menu favourites included pan-seared monkfish, smoked bacon mashed potato and asparagus with shallot cream, or marinated pork fillet wrapped in pancetta, apple and cider compote with sage jus.
