The Hotel is easily accessible by public transportation. It is a short walk from Edinburgh Waverley train station and close to many local bus routes including the airport bus link.
Hotel Car Park:
We offer 131 spaces on-site at a reduced resident’s rate of £8.50. The car park is located on Blackfriars Street on the East side of the hotel. Please note this is a one way street and can only be accessed from The Cowgate. For driving directions, route information, please click on the link at the bottom of this page.
From the station:
The hotel is a 5 minute walk away via Cockburn Street, Carrubbers Close or North Bridge. For those with heavy luggage a taxi is advisable, available from the station.
From the airport:
The fastest way to reach us from the airport is via taxi. A rank is located at the arrivals lounge of the airport when arriving in Edinburgh and the hotel has a taxi rank on our doorstep for your return. We can also arrange private hire cars and taxi’s for our guests: please see below.
The Airlink express bus service is available from the airport, and takes approximately 25 minutes. This service terminates at Edinburgh Waverley train station (see above for directions). Timetables and fares are available at www.flybybus.com/index.php
Alternatively, Lothian Bus number 35 will take you directly to the hotel from the airport, stopping on the Royal Mile.
