During the summer season, guests can linger over a cocktail or dessert on Itchycoo Terrace and enjoy a superb view of the adjacent Royal Mile. The terrace offers views of The Fringe and Military Tattoo, providing a prime spot for people-watching.

Children's policy:
- Children under 14 years old, staying at the hotel and accompanied by an adult, are allowed in the back section of the bar for meals until 20:00.
- Children under 14 years, not staying in the hotel are not allowed in the bar at any time; they must be served in the Lounge.
- Hotel guests and visitors between the ages 14 and 18 years are allowed to eat meals in the back of the bar when accompanied by an adult.
