This hotel houses 1,100 square metres of city-centre event space. The 11 meeting rooms in Durham include a cluster of eight rooms. Featuring river views through floor-to-ceiling windows, the rooms offer Free high-speed, wireless Internet access, LCD projector and screen and an intelligent lighting system. All are located on the ground floor and fully DDA compliant.

Conferences & Events

A portion of the hotel’s conference rooms offer Durham hosts 270 square metres divisible in two. A pre-event area has its own bar and cloakroom. The Auger Suite accommodates a 450-person meeting or dinner for 280. Along with the Seam Suite and pre-event space, this high-ceilinged space is ideal for exhibitions or product launches.
